- Foot Reflexology is the manual manipulation of the feet in order to stimulate through nerve and energy reflexes, the organs and glands of the body and promotes optimal organ function. Benefits include: increases circulation, relaxes tension through the nervous system and helps reduce stress. Working on the feet helps pull energy away from the head and into the body to help calm and ground!
